In the relationship workshop, we will look at beliefs and behaviors that undermine relationships and make them the cause of drama. If you are aware of the underlying causes of your relationship issues, then you are able to adjust your beliefs and behaviors. When you remove the illusions you have about relationships and base them in truth, your relationships become true connections for which you have longed.
Of course the biggest factor affecting your relationships is you - your emotions, attitudes, behaviors, fears, doubts, insecurities, passions, hopes, and desires. Since the biggest factor is you, you have a lot of power over changing the quality of your relationships. When you get a handle on this aspect of your life, all your relationships become easy to maintain and develop.

Using this powerful knowledge, they can develop more effective communication skills and build better relationships, in and out of the workplace.
Improved communication is the biggest winner when people understand their styles and the styles of their mate. If you have one color and your mate has a different color, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of his or her personality style allows you to adjust to them, appreciate them more and support growth for both of you.
